Super Mario Sunshine - (TAS) Secret of the Guards [Turbo vs. Hover Nozzle]

I was sure that it with the Turbo Nozzle is faster than the Hover Nozzle but I wanted to try it anyway.
But maybe could one make this shine as the first shine in an 100% TAS.
Because the way is not so long to the entry, and one must not unlock the Turbo Nozzle, if one make this as the first shine.

I think i will test it sometime with both entries to see which way is faster.

If somebody has maybe a better name for this shine can he say this.
