Illustrator round edge tip with pathfinder

1. Activate Smart Guides: View/Smart Guides or Ctrl + U
2. Then create a circle with the elipse tool, for the edge you are trying to round
3. Select it and snap it to the edge desire to round, select the circle again and copy the width of the circle, then divide the value by 2.
4. Create a square with the new value with the rectangle tool.
5. Select the main shape and the new square, align the square to the shape using alight tool.
6. Then use the pathfinder to divide the shapes and delete the undesired shape.
7. Finally select the circle and the main shape and merge both of the shapes. Done!
