Additional Info:
-The shirt people are claiming to be "lifting shirt" is an Adidas Tech Fit from 2009, it's not lifting equipment. It doesn't assist with any lifts.
-The pants people call "Epic trousers" is just Adidas track pants, a style more prevalent and normal in Asia(Hong Kong) in 2010.
-The belt is not for bench press and does not assist in chest presses, it's for the initial dead lift.
-Hair is definitely Super Saiyan.

the most interesting thing about this is that he seems to be SURPRISED and DISSAPOINTED that he only got '4' half-half-reps. i think he should be thankful for being alive...

Youll never know if you never try... at least he tried. Not the best form or correct lifting technique but at least he tried.
hanz wurst
Very good workout. You are doing half reps and your friend is doing half reps Butterfly. Maybe the next time u bring 2 buddies with you, than they could train deadlifts while you are doing half reps. I think this way you could use even more weight. And now think about the posibilities if you bring 4, 6, 8 ... friends, DAMN! You could go even super saiyan 2 or 3.
lol all reps were assisted. if you cant lift it on your own then dont lift that weight at all.......kid doesnt know how to lift weights

kudos for trying i guess but i don't think it does your stabilizers any good to go that heavy on dumbells. dumbells over a barbell are good for the stabilizer muscles in a bench press but when you have to have help stabilizing the weight on the entire range of every rep, whats the point? seems like the danger of serious injury far outweighed any real gain from this "workout"
As soon as the video started, I thought, man that lady is going to press those heavy dumbells??? then it sat up and  Iwent...oh.....
