In this video, Marley demonstrates the standard electrofusion welding procedure for small bore (20mm – 1200mm diameter) polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings using their quality range of FRIALEN safety fittings and electrofusion welding equipment.

Electrofusion welding systems are now considered the most highly developed and safe method for joining polyethylene pipes. Thanks to its versatility, electrofusion can be used to weld together pipes or fittings from different polyethylene materials and different thicknesses as long as there is compatibility of melt flow index and raw material density.

FRIALEN electrofusion fittings offers superior benefits, including exposed heating coils for improved hold, longer fusion zones for more bit and larger insertion depths for a perfect result. This provides confidence in quality joints every time.
