Hello my name is Jody and I would like you to make yourself comfortable. Please choose any position you would like to relax easily so you may if you would like to, drift off to sleep while you listen to this recording. You may relax best and quiet your mind if you are lying down on something you are familiar with in a time and a place where you are unlikely to be interrupted. If you are interrupted by a pet, family member or even the urge to scratch and itch or cough that's okay. These things happen and it is best to remain cool and calm while you take care of whatever it is that needs to be taken care of and you will be able to return to your previous state of complete relaxation quickly, picking up where you left off or skipping back a little bit in this video if that is what you would prefer to do. Before we begin there are a few things that are important for you to know so I will include them in this introduction and if at any time you wander when the hypnosis will begin you can rest easy knowing the hypnosis has begun already. In this introduction there are suggestions to help you relax a little bit more each moment and prepare your mind so it will be ready soon to drift off into a deep sleep and have interesting and enjoyable dreams that you will be able to remember. If you listen very carefully you can relax knowing the only things you need to do are drift off into a very deep, long, sound and restful sleep until you decide it is the right time for you to wake up. You are always the one in control here, and as you allow yourself to relax a little bit more as each moment passes, as your mind becomes cleaner, clearer and more focused, you may notice you are gaining more and more control over your own mind and this is a very good thing. If you feel it would be more enjoyable for you to spend some time alone and quiet within your own mind, listen to the quiet in your room. Just allow my the sound of my voice to slip away from your awareness and if you listen very closely with a quiet mind you may hear some humming or buzzing noises and if at any time you do this is wonderful and it may be good for you and it may help very much with your deepening relaxation if you just spend some time listening to these sounds and appreciate what some of us call the 'room tone' or the 'room sound'. Just to help us both relax and feel better if may be a good idea to take a few nice deep breaths to give our brain cells a little bit of extra oxygen and help them relax and function at their best. Any time you are ready you can join in if you feel like it..breath in..and the sound of your breath going out softens and relaxes you and you can breath normally in between these deep breaths or just breath anyway you would like because it all works whether you follow the instructions or just listen or just allow your self to drift and wander whatever you do that makes you feel better will do just fine..and another breath in and out listening to my words if that's okay or if not letting the sound go and focusing on something else that is relaxing or interesting..there will always be a part of your mind listening even if you don't feel like paying attention any more or even if you fall asleep..and one more time in....and..enjoy doing what ever it is you are doing as you just let it all go..relaxing a little bit more with each breath..and I can count backwards from three and with each number I say you can sink deeper into hypnosis, deeper into a trance, or just deeper into into relaxation where you may sink deeply down into almost sleep and still be able to hear the sound of my voice or the words I am saying and with each number your relaxation can triple and you can go many times deeper into your own pleasant, deeply relaxed and quiet mind..ready..and only if you are ready..three two one..go deeper now..and any time I count from three to one you will be able to deeply relax yourself many times deeper and you can enjoy these pleasant feelings of deepening relaxation whenever you choose to or whenever you hear me say these numbers..three two one.......
