This is my review of my DPMS Panther Oracle, to clarify the free floating quad rail came as a packaged deal at the Black Friday door buster sale at Sportsman's Warehouse for only 699.99! It is an amazing deal since the DPMS Panther Oracle is 709.00 with the regular handguards and the Yankee Hill (YHM) free floating quad rail is like another $100-$150. The only things I forgot to mention are obviously don't mount anything plastic on the recessed gas block or it will melt because it gets really hot!! I have only had to use the forward assist when manually loading my boresighter(a boresiter is basically an empty bullet with a laser in it aiming out the barrel, so you can see where the bullet will hit on a target) and that is because I am gently letting the bolt forward as I do not want to damage the boresight. I did redo this video because of the audio sucking on the old one and this is the final cut!! Here are the accessories I have on it:
- Magpul MBUS Iron Sights - Yankee free floating quad rail - XP6-E 200 Lumen Flashlight/Laser combo w/ optional pressure switch - Tippmann X7 Tactical Fore Grip Bipod - UTG Tail Cover - UAG Red/Green Reflex Sight w/4 reticles - 5 Magpul PMAG's and 2 Aliminum ones that came with the rifle - DPMS Pardus Carbine Stock (This is DPMS's best stock, not the best stock out there, just to clarify.
