I've recorded the first level of RC Knight/Charlie's Games's Scoregasm, which is a dual-stick arcade shooter that was released for PC/Mac in February 2012. The video is only meant to show the first level in order to give you (the viewers) a first impression. From the time that I spent with it, it's a GW clone...but okay as far as clones go.
A few notes regarding the video itself: - A few sound artifacts made it into the final video; this was due to my using a plugin called (and I hate the name) Soundflower which works with the MIDI audio utility to record sound from the PC speakers via Quicktime X. The artifacts disappear once the actual gameplay begins. - The gameplay is slow because I was using QTX for recording the screen. I had the game running at max res with QT recording it at 720p while running Steam in the background. Not wise for a 3+ year old computer. - I'm using a generic gamepad, so I was surprised when the game actually sensed it! - This is the first video in which I'm increasing my production values somewhat (voiceovers, multiple video clips, better transitions). It's not perfect but I'm hoping to build from it.
