A demo video of my Master Thesis project.

The electrical activity of muscles is recorded by surface electrodes and sent to a computer. The recorded signals are used to modify the effects applied to the sound of the guitar.

In this demo, the Flexor toggles an echo on or off, while the Biceps changes the pitch of the played note(s).

The Thesis is supervised by Mohammad Soleymani and Prof. Thierry Pun, CVML, department of Computer Science, Unige (University of Geneva)
