The TAC launched a new public education campaign in July 2009 targeting occasional cannabis users.

Illicit drugs are found in the bodies of some 20% of all drivers killed. Despite what many believe, cannabis is one of the major culprits in road trauma.

This commercial very carefully depicts the behaviour of an impaired driver whose actions led to one of the most unexpected outcomes in over 150 TAC commercials.

Launched: 2009.
Victorian Road Toll that year: ???.
