After some days delaying the Salt Lake 1973 upload, i decided to do something different. I received this recording some days ago of an brazilian fan who attended the concert of Letz Zep at the Via Funchal Arena in Sao Paulo and recorded it. His name is FBC and i have to say - his recording is AMAZING on quality terms and it's complete (absolutely NO cuts).
The tribute band in question, Letz Zep, is formed by Billy Kurke on vocals, Andy Grey on guitars, Steve Turner on bass, keyboards and backing vocals and Benjy Reid on drums and is one of the most acclaimed bands on the genre. When i first saw them on YouTube, i didn't got amazed so much, but this particular recording changed my point of view: unlike on the actual Led Zeppelin gigs, where you can find a lot of fails throughout the songs, with Letz Zep, that's incredible: NO fails! The band gives an very unique performance of the songs, the costumes are awesomely simillar to the original ones (FBC told me that Billy was wearing simillar clothes to Plant on Chicago 1977) and the setlist is awesomely loyal to the Zep's former ones. For example, Black Mountain Side is linked directly on Kashmir, the guitar solo is identical to the 1977 ones and goes to Achilles, Black Dog has an Bring It On Home intro well like the 1973 versions, and still more. Thank You is performed without an organ solo, but it doesn't distracts the quality of the version! Other great versions are Rock And Roll, I Can't Quit You Baby, Misty Mountain Hop, Whole Lotta Love (including Boogie Children and Hello Mary Lou!), Communication Breakdown, Immigrant Song and Trampled Underfoot. Enjoy this great relic!!!

OBSERVATION: I'm forced to tell you that FBC is an quite obnoxious taper! He sings along with the songs, screams hardly, comments with his friends (on portuguese of course) and foretells the songs on the set (like Achilles, Kashmir, Black Dog, what proves he's surely an great Led Zeppelin fan and an bootleg collector too). You can see that he clearly hates Trampled Underfoot!
