Previous breast enlargement with silicone implants. Complication shown is capsular contraction due to ruptured implant. Video shows the removed implant complete with it's thickened capsule. This is dissected on the "bench" after the end of the operation. The capsule is cut into to reveal the ruptured implant which spills out. The thick shell from the encapsulation illustrates why the implant is so distorted and why the breast becomes so distorted when this complication occurs.
