教做薄煎餅皮
2人食

皮料:

1. 2 只旦分開黃和白 ( 旦白加少許鹽打實)
2. 70 克糖 = 2.45 oz
3. 400 ml 奶 = 13.53 fl oz
4. 110 克麵粉 ( 先濾過) = 3.88 oz
5. 2 湯匙 rum 酒
6. 溶牛油或菜油

做:

1. 旦黃用手拌器打, 加入 70 克糖 (分3 次加入) 後, 加入奶拌勻,再加入麵粉拌勻用濾濾過料粒.
2. 加入rum 酒和己打實蛋白拌勻

煎餅皮:

中大火燒熱 pan, 擦少許溶牛油或菜油 ( 用紙擦), 料皮倒入一小部份, 要動作快轉搖 pan, 令料皮做大圓形, 要薄兩邊要脆.
薄煎餅我鐘意跟雪糕,其實什麼都可以跟,如果醬,花生醬,蜜糖,水果,糖粉或鮮奶油

to make batter ingredients:

1. separate 2 eggs, put egg-yolk in mixing bowl and egg-white add 1/4 tea spoon salt ( beated egg-white until stiff, leave for further use.
2. 70 grams sugar = 2.45 oz
3. 400 ml milk = 13.53 fl oz
4. 110 grams flour ( sieved flour) = 3.88 oz
5. 2 soup spoons Rum
6. some melted butter or salad oil

method:

1. beated egg-yolk add sugar ( divide 3 times to put in ) beated untill flufty, and pour in milk and flour stir well, then sieve batter.
2. add Rum and stiffed egg-white stir well.
more than middle heat pan to put a little melted butter or salad oil in (use paper) , pour in one portion batter and quickly move the pan, when one side is crispy turn the pancake around

my suggestion : you can use ice cream,marmalade, sugar powder, syrup, peanut butter or anything you like
