Hey You Tubers, Today I'm Going to Show you How to Show a Image on the Splash Menu on Windows 8.1.

You first need to find a Image you wish to have as a Background. Once you done that, you will then need to set it as Desktop Background, or Right click on the desktop, Go to Personalise, Then go to 'Desktop Background' and then select the place where your image is. click on your image and then click Save Changes and then close the menu. after that you will then need to go to the Taskbar and right click. Go to properties. on Properties go to the Navigation Tab and tick the box "Show my desktop background on start". Close the box. go to the Splash menu and it will appear.
