BladeZ Powerkart with a clone gx200 engine. The head and flywheel were swapped with those of a gx160 to increase compression and advance timing. Exhaust was custom built by a friend and carburetor was swapped with a gx390 which the entire intake manifold was swapped and the intake filter is mounted to a velocity stack made for the carburetor. I also installed a pulse Mikuni fuel pump.
This kart was stored for around 3 years UPSIDEDOWN!!! so all the oil went in the intake and exhaust. The smoke went away after about 30 minutes of idling. It was only driven once and was terrifying. The chain broke and then it sat for 3 years.
I have finally purchased a chain and might post a vid of it running.
