One of the most emblematic records of Sinéad O'Connor. Consequence of a intentionally editing stuff, conceptual DVD "The Value Of Ignorance" is a matter of controversy to this day. The video, replete with primary effects, which shows in the foreground only the front of Sinéad is often pointed to as one of the biggest mistakes of his career. However, for those who know the artist's temperament and their positions, it is easy to notice here one of the artist's personal work. The effect of distorced guitars, strong bass and drums arrangement on "Mandinka" is something that only those who know the other versions of this song knows evaluate how much was good. Even video editing direction, at this time, the world lived the apogee of what became sr known as indie rock. Sinéad underwent this period all his restlessness and all carrying their musical experience. Which it has with this left critics confused is not enough to be surprise. Nobody is so brilliant with impunity.

Note: the name of the DVD is certainly not casual. ;)
