What's up guys Nick from Fit College,
Want a tip, I've got one for you. Recently, you may have seen a video of mine loosely discussing the rotational focus method for whole body training. Remember the one where I said research has demonstrated that we respond physiologically to what is performed early on in the training session as opposed to those towards the back half of the training session. Well, I just want to give you another tip... 'double dip'.
What I mean by that is; do you have a particular area of focus that you're working on? Of course you will if you're trying this method. May be chest is going first and then you're targeting your back but you want your back to catch-up, 'double dip' on the back. I've tried it and I've experienced some really good strength gains. So bench press perhaps and then go for a vertical and a horizontal pull for the back before moving on. Give it a try see how it works out.
