This video shares with you the most effective sleep tip I have ever tried for how to have a good nights rest without having to use drugs. What I love about this method is that it is 100% natural and makes my body feel so energized the next morning when I wake up. I wake refreshed and ready to face the day.

Getting proper rest is the best thing you can do for your body. It is during sleep time that our bodies heal and rejuvenate. When we don't get proper rest our bodies become sleep deprived and we begin to break down and feel fatigued, depressed and anxious. Depression and anxiety keep us from enjoying life and reaching our full potential. When we aren't sleeping the myelin sheath doesn't have a chance to rejuvenate and rebuild which causes the brain connections not to be able to function so it creates loss of brain functioning and can create mental disorders and mental health issues. Most people need between 6 ½ - 8 hours of rest a night. When we are constantly waking up our bodies don't have time to experience REM sleep. REM sleep is needed for our brain to function normally.

By sleeping with our heads pointed north we give the body a chance to get energized from the magnetic pull of the earth. Our bodies are like a compass and want to point north as we sleep. Turn your head north and sleep better and get better rest!
