Benjamin Seck talks with Jennifer Lim about everyone’s favourite topic - food! Peranakan cuisine combines Chinese and Malay ingredients in an exquisite fusion of spices and herbs. Also called Nyonya cuisine after the ladies who traditionally prepared the often time-consuming, but extremely delicious dishes found in Singapore and Malaysia.

Jennifer is an Australian-Peranakan visual artist and creates culturally inspired artwork that helps people enjoy a lasting connection to Asia. Benjamin is the owner of True Blue Cuisine, and an award-winning chef and multi-talented designer based in Singapore.
