『水で戻す納豆』の一般的な納豆と異なるところは、水戻しが可能であり、水を加えても納豆らしい糸引き、豆の香りを忠実に再現できます。また、納豆は冷凍・冷蔵での流通が一般的ですが、当製品は常温での流通を可能とします。

Natto (fermented soybeans) is one of the most popular fermented foods in Japan. It is known as a Japanese super food. It is usually served with rice. This product is different from the usual natto because it is rehydratable. It may preserve its stickiness and its soy flavor even after adding water. It is also unique because it may be kept at a normal temperature during transportation and can be preserved even without refrigerating unlike most kinds of natto.
