Deep inside our tropical quarantine at The Eden Project Nursery , some precious seeds are germinating; ones which could hold a solution to the deforestation caused by slash-and-burn agriculture. What makes Inga edulis so special is that it has been shown to rehabilitate abandoned, infertile land, adding nitrogen to the soil and encouraging beneficial fungi to grow.
