Bob Gross is the founder and president of Robert C. Gross Associates and the firm's principal mediator and arbitrator. He advises and consults with boards and executives in the areas of board evaluations, executive consulting and strategic planning.

Mr. Gross served on the boards of directors and as an executive for several large financial institutions, including First Interstate Bank of Utah and Blue Healthcare Bank. He was chief of staff to Utah Governor Michael Leavitt and worked as a senior attorney and practice group chair at Jones Waldo, one of Salt Lake City's oldest and most reputable law firms.

Later, as executive director of Utah's Department of Workforce Services, he led the consolidation of six state organizations into a single agency consisting of over 2,500 employees. Governor Leavitt called the work "the biggest change in state government since Statehood."

Under appointment of the White House, Mr. Gross served in Iraq as a senior government advisor, providing technical, policy and governance advice to the interim Iraqi government.

Currently, Mr. Gross serves as an adjunct faculty member at Westminster College, where he teaches effective corporate governance and leadership practice and dispute resolution in the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business.

Mr. Gross serves on several boards and is a passionate student of U.S. history, sports history, American business and the free enterprise system.
