The is the departure of the first ever Airbus A340 from Wellington International Airport [ICAO code: NZWN], and also the first departure of a Gulf Air aircraft from Wellington, New Zealand. The aircraft bought the Bahrain national football team in for their clash against New Zealand's national team, the All Whites.
