4 cups of thawed, uncooked hashbrowns 1 cup diced ham 1 cup crumbled bacon 1 26oz can of cream of chicken 1 tbsp of dried chives 2 tsp of pepper 1 cup of Colby jack cheese
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir and mix well Be sure to use medium to large non stick casserole pan. Pour mix out into pan and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Do not let your cheese go past a golden brown.
