District Attorney Kenda Culpepper, Rockwall DA's Office, Rockwall County Police and Sheriff's Department and other area vitally important First Responders work collectively with Rockwall County residents to bring about an end to DV in our community. Women In Need (WIN), located in Rockwall, Hunt and Rains County is the Domestic Violence shelter that daily works with these first responders and community members to bring about awareness in our communities and schools. WIN’s primary goal, is to help individuals affected by family violence to get safe and to supply the support necessary including safety and legal options to keep empower victims to be able to reclaim their lives. WIN’s efforts to end family violence in our communities include partnering, collaborating and supporting those in need and connecting them to first responders that can help individuals lead a violence free life style.
