St. Louis National Charity 2008 Shatner finals and Western Pl

I Told You " Chuck " and SL Guardian "Foxy" struttin their stuff in the western divisions in St. Louis National Charity

Chuck was my first saddlebred and was basically my babysitter when I started 5 years ago ... now he's my best friend and the first horse to bring me to the title of a world's championship. It's like a fairy talie ending

Foxy is a 21 year old mare owned by Donna corcoran who selflessly lends her to our barn. One day we got bored at a show cause i had nothing else to do that day ... we knew she would tolerate a curb bit because she did at home ... well .. she went in and won the class so we decided to bring her to St. Louis. She more than stepped up to the plate and took home not only top honors in the Jr. exhibitor western but was 3rd out of 18 in the open championship. Not too bad for only her second show going western!

These horses have given me an AMAZING year and I thank God every day for these wonderful animals and the people who brought them about in my life
