This is the Tai Chi Easy form practiced in only one minute and 15 seconds. This form includes 5 core movements and the movements can be practiced in different sequence as per the preference of the player. The moves themselves may also be modified accordingly. The idea behind Tai Chi easy is that we "adopt" it to our individual dispositions while practicing the principles of Tai Chi (called Chi Kung or Energy Work) in order to fluidly embody the Tao.
