Mark Lutrell, Seward resident, took footage of the Lowell Creek waterfall between Lowell Point and Seward. From Oct. 9 to Oct. 11 the waterfall deposited as much as 18 feet of gravel onto the bridge leading to Lowell Point. The residents of Lowell Point are cut off from Seward and are forced to use water taxis to reach their homes. Heavy machinery can be seen removing debris from the bridge in the video's later clips.
