Denise Butchko on Doug Mockett & Company Table Bases and Legs:
So, this is Denise Butchko and I'm at the Doug Mockett booth at Neocon 2011.

Special shout-out to Doug Mockett, who's a huge golden retriever lover. Yay!

But Doug Mockett also does some of the very coolest designs that can be used in closets and all kinds of cabinetry.

These are a bunch of different table base legs, which, you know, you think of something very standard but you can get something very cool. Like this one looks like an Egyptian pyramid and it's called Egyptoid. And this one looks almost a little bit like the Hancock tower; which I love.

And, the other cool thing about Doug Mockett & Company (out of California), is that they open up design competitions all the time, so lots and lots of their products are submitted by people, just like you and me (maybe a little smarter than you and me) and then they get to be actually fabricated and sold.

So, three cheers to Doug Mockett & Company!
