Just to show you what I am working on in the gym at the minute. STILL the 10th Chin-Up (which I am closing in on), LOVE Barbell Glute Bridges, and my nemesis *** FRONT SQUAT! *** After I build up my reps at lower weight, I will keep trying for a higher 1RM (it's currently my Bodyweight 57.5kg).
