A delicious, inexpensive and simple to prepare meal
Items you will need: (this size serves 10 to 12, halve for smaller serving)
1. 1 lg deep aluminum foil pan to fit on one side of your Holland Grill cooking grid.
2. 3 to 4 links of smoked sausage or kielbasa (you pick)
3. 1 med package of shrimp - cleaned, de-viened, tail off - in a baggie, lightly marinate with soy or teriyaki sauce shortly before preparing.
4. 4 cans diced potatoes
5. 2 cans fiesta corn
6. 2 cans diced tomatoes (prefer with green peppers, celery & onion)

Preperation
1 Lightly spray aluminum pan with cooking oil (pecan oil recommended)
2. Drain water from potatoes and corn and pour all 3 veggies into pan.
3. Add butter/margarine and liberally shake in Holland's Carolina Seasoning. A little garlic can be added if you like.
4. Cook veggies on grill for 30-35 minutes. After 10 minutes, grill the sausage alongside about 10 minutes per side, then slice into smaller pieces.
5. About the time you begin slicing up the sausage, spread the marinated shrimp into the pan.
You are now ready to serve a delicious, inexpensive meal,
