Bowel cancer screening saves lives because it’s the best way to detect bowel cancer early – even before symptoms appear. The National Bowel Cancer Screening Program offers free bowel screening kits to eligible Australians.

From 2015 the Program is expanding and by 2020 all Australians aged 50-74 will be offered free bowel screening every two years.
