10 EXERCISE DUMBBELL COMPLEX

CHOOSE ONE OF THE BELOW PROTOCOLS

Complete 8 reps of each exercise one after the
other with no rest in between.
Finish 3 sets with 2 minute rest in between
or
30 seconds of work followed by 5 seconds of rest.
Complete 3 rounds with 2 min rest in between.
