The head grab / bean bag happened in November 2009.

This was a previously released Trimet video footage (that I edited) from the episode where the Portland policeMEN, in NE Portland, took down a 12 year old girl and then shot a beanbag at close range at her leg {as the grown men struggled with the 12 year old}.

Police claim she swung her hand at police first - when I watch this video - I see the 'man' (policeman) grabbing the 12 year olds head...THEN I see her swing.

By the way the reason for "all this" brutality was she didn't have her FARE for the Max train, and had previously been ticketed for no fare and was banned from riding. (I think) There is more footage online, of this altercation, you can even see the big policeman shoot her with the beanbag shotgun.

But my point with this video is to show that "she didn't swing first"
They grabbed her head for "some reason" and while beanbagging a 12 year old in the leg is within Portland Police Policy" ...I question why they also allow "head grabbing"?
