ActiveIcmJS is a JavaScript/HTML5 viewer for 3D Molecular Graphics which does not require any plugin or installation. It runs on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox and Safari and is also mobile device friendly.

ActiveIcmJS is fast (runs at near native speed), has exceptional high quality graphics and it ports the ICM shell and therefore has full access to ICM scripting functionality. This makes the viewer capable of performing a wide range of computational biology and chemistry functions which are available in the ICM suite of software.
