Before the accusation is lodged this video is not about censorship. I do not want to see this douche silenced. It is about corporate sponsorship and whether or not a company knows it is paying for an advocate of mass murder. If Toyota supports this guy's ideology, then good for them, but they certainly lose this family's future business.
In a video called "Ugandans are right Rick Warren is wrong" Mitchell states that because the Old Testament called for the execution of homosexuals, and the OT laws were never abolished, then Uganda's proposed capital punishment for homosexuals should be applauded by Christians. I wonder how many other Levitican laws he follows.
His videos on WorldNetDaily are sponsored by Toyota Motor Company. This company is, in the words of their president Katsuaki Watanabe, "At Toyota, we have zero tolerance for sexual harassment or discrimination of any kind." I plan on contacting them to let them know what their support dollars are buying and let them know that I plan on telling everyone who will listen.
While researching for a vlog I was reviewing some of the videos by WorldNetDaily vlogger Molotov Mitchell. If you are not aware, this man is a far right conservative Christian who advocates a return to Old Testament biblical law. He specifically has called for the execution of gay and lesbians in the US.
Every one of this man's hate-filled videos on the WND site begins with a commercial for Toyota. I am assuming that your company does not endorse hate-speech and bigotry, and that this sponsorship is an oversight. In the words of Toyota CEO Katsuaki Watanabe "At Toyota, we have zero tolerance for sexual harassment or discrimination of any kind. We are committed to making all necessary and appropriate improvements in our policies and practices to fulfill our core principles of respect for people and continuous improvement."
I would greatly appreciate some insight about this. Sincerely -
