This video discusses the density of thoughts in our minds, the mental noise and chatter we experience in this modern world and our inability to recognize our true self. It is as though we live in a deep fog, a state of unconsciousness. Our minds are hidden behind a veil, as it were; obscured by the density of thought. There is a way out of this stupor. A way to find true happiness and inner peace and joy in this life.
The Buddha unmasks the culprit.
"For those whom ego overcomes," says the Buddha, "sufferings spread like wild grass."
An invitation to brief meditation is offered to help the viewer to let go! If thoughts or emotions come during this meditation the viewer is asked simply to observe them and remain in silence and stillness .We must not let our minds be controlled by what human nature wants but have our minds controlled by what the spirit wants.
When attempted for the first time your mind may be full of thoughts. Don't be afraid. Let them be. Let your thoughts and any emotions you may experience simply drift by you as though you were looking through them. Do not engage them, judge them, dwell on them, analyze or pursue them. Do not attach yourself to them in any way. As each thought arises it will fade, giving way perhaps to a new thought. Again, just allow them to be, pay no attention to them, do not examine them. Simply observe them. By being aware of them, they will each in turn disappear.
