Read this description for the list of mods being used in this Let's Play. I simply am not willing to provide help and support on getting these mods to work - if I can do it, you can too. Use Google. Take your time.

I'm trying to do my best to roleplay through this and do what my character would do. This LP will not feature the Main Quest. It is not interactive.

I am playing modded Oblivion, along with
Shivering Isles
Knights of the Nine
Official patch: 1.2.0416

Mods Installed:

=======================================
F:COM: Convergence,
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which combines Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

Martigen's Monster Mod
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com...

Francesco's Levelled Creatures-Items
http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modul...

and Oblivion WarCry
http://www.worldofelderscrolls.de/?go...

along with Bob's Armory
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com...

together which totally revamp and practically eliminate the terrible level-scaling system that broke the original game (IMHO).

=======================================
Quest Popup Removal
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which removes the immersion-breaking, hand-holding quest pop-ups saying you should go here, do this, and go there!

=======================================
Elven Map Redux
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which colours the world map and makes it prettier

=======================================
Unique Landscapes Compilation
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which changes many areas of the Oblivion world and makes them look less generic

=======================================
Better Cities
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which gives expands on each of the major cities in the game to give them a more unique and defined feel.

=======================================
Natural Environments
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which adds new weather and seasonal effects and generally fleshes out the world to make it feel more lifelike and realistic.

=======================================
Deadly Reflex
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which enhances the combat system, enabling decapitations and all kinds of fun stuff like that.

I also installed some custom textures to make the blood look better on critical hits:

Deadly Reflex requires the program below to work:
Oblivion Script Extender v0017b
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

=======================================
Alternative Start
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which enables you to skip meeting the Emperor, and the first dungeon, instead arriving by boat with a few role playing choices to start you off.

=======================================
Kvatch Rebuilt
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which rebuilds the city of Kvatch after it is destroyed by Daedra, and lets the protagonist be instrumental in its development.

=======================================
BT Mod
http://www.beider.org/btmod/

which improves the interface of the inventory, shrinking the text so more can fit on the screen

=======================================
Lynge's Unlimited Death Reload Time
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which is a small mod that just removes the reload menu popping up automatically when you die.

=======================================
Diverse Main Menu
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/fil...

which replaces the main menu movie that you see right at the start of the game.
