Reagan share recipes for Week 1 of the TLS Weight Loss Find Your Fit Challenge. Vegetable soup with vegetable broth, spinach, onion, cabbage, yellow squash, zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, carrots, and any of your favorite vegetables. Tomato salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, salt & pepper. Layer veggies like a parfait then sprinkle with salt & pepper and let sit in fridge over night. Roasted and grilled veggies. Cut your favorite veggies in chunks large enough for the grill. I chose squash, zucchini, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts & asparagus. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings- I love garlic salt 2ith parsley. Grill or roast until tender. Chop up your favorite veggies and put into snack size baggies to grab and munch! Greens, greens and more greens. I LOVE turnip greens. We cooked in some veggie broth for a little extra flavor and added some spices. Good luck on your firs week of the challenge!!!
