Because of Meg Skeele's quick intuition to administered Hands-Only CPR, she helped to save the life of Justin Repshas, a 22-year-old healthy athlete. While Repshas was in the hospital, he was diagnosised with rare heart condition (every 1 or 2- 1,000,000). The American Hearth Association is using this touching story of two strangers crossing paths at the most critical moment in life as an effort to motivate the Charleston community in becoming CPR Certified during June (CPR & AED Awareness Month)
