Jodie Jones, Deputy Project Administrator for the OSH Replacement Project stands inside the historic Kirkbride building where the new Oregon State Hospital Museum (which opens in April of 2012) will be located. She looks out to a circular area where carriages used to come to the hospital to drop off patients. This area will be a rose bed where anyone can buy a rose and a plaque to honor a past patient or staff member of the Oregon State Hospital. The room she stands in may wind up being where they house the One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest exhibit, with memorabilia from the famous show which was filmed at the Oregon State Hospital.
