what style it looks like a utility closet. I didn't see anything so unique about it. and he'd be a fool to pay $600 a month for this piece of crap. You must be with the same company trying to promote this bullshit for profit. nobody's buying it

This is not an apartment because it does not have a bathroom or a kitchen. He is renting a room in a building regardless of the rent he is renting a room.
