www.mibaso.org Hi, I'm Ahuva Gamliel, a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist. We are at my beautiful clinic in MiBaSo in sunny Miami Beach, Florida. Today our topic is essential oils for blackheads. There are many essential oils that can be used for blackheads because they have antiseptic properties. One of them is tea tree oil. You can also use eucalyptus oil as well as lavender oil. And I will demonstrate with lavender oil. It's very strong and it smells very nice. What you do is just dab a little bit on to a Q-tip and then you only need a couple drops because it's very concentrated. And then you just dab it directly on to acne, blackheads or any skin breakouts that you might have. And you can sleep with it overnight. It's very easy and very effective. Essential oils can be pretty expensive so another alternative that I'd just like to mention is that you can use a topical anti bacterial ointment and just also just dab it on to a Q-tip. Just as much as you're going to use for that particular area, wherever the pimple or lesion is and you can go to sleep with that. And it's very effective and safe. So that's it. My name is Ahuva Gamliel, thank you for watching. Bye.
