Footage was shot during the first hour of the 12-hour "Citizens' Time" at the Prince William Board of Supervisors meeting that began at 2 PM on October 16th, 2007. This video includes the 8-member board voting to overrule Chairman Corey Stewart who sought to limit citizens' words to 1-minute instead of the customary 3 minutes. Stewart sent post cards at tax payers' expense to all registered voters in Prince William County, asking them to attend the hearing. Stewart is being investigated for election rules violations as a result. More from the 12-hour Citizens' Time can be seen in videos marked CT 2 thru CT 14. Find them in the Citizens' Time Playlist on the 9500 Liberty channel page.
