Ingredients for MIso Soup
(serves 2)

5g Dashi Kombu Seaweed (0.175 oz)
10g Bonito Flakes (0.35 oz)
400ml Water (1.69 cups)
150g Tofu (5.3 oz)
2 tsp Dried Wakame Seaweed
2 Spring Onion Leaves
1½~2 tbsp Miso - fermented soybean paste
½ Aburaage - thin deep-fried tofu

味噌汁<2人分>
出し昆布:5g(5cm角1枚)g数を優先。
削り節:10g
水:400ml(出来上がりは300ml)
1 豆腐:1/2丁(150g)
2 乾燥わかめ:小2
3 ねぎ:2本
4 みそ:大1と1/2~大2
5 油揚(1/2枚) .
