A video defining FLAT NOTES and SHARP NOTES in singing plus pointing out other pitch issues. The aim for this video is to help you differentiate between notes which are on-pitch and notes which are off-pitch. I hope this video will enhance your sense of pitch so that you sing with better pitch and when you go off-pitch, you know that you're going off-pitch and need to get back to the correct pitch.

Again, the aim of this video is not to bash singers... The pitch test at the end is pretty hard so don't freak out if you don't get it right, just try :)

PS. Lowering the key or changing the note is not off-pitch! Off-pitch is when the note is either off-scale or doesn't go along with the chords playing

Singers in this video: Beyonce, Leona Lewis, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson, David Phelps, Michael Sweet, Chris Brown, Kyla, Regine Velasquez, Shanice, Toni Braxton, Stephanie Ferrett, Lani Misalucha, Lisa Lavie, Siti Nurhaliza, Siobhan Magnus, Alicia Keys, etc. (+ Hilary Clinton)
