Philippe Lavie is the president of KeyRoad Enterprises LLC, a leading sales transformation organization for B2B, public and private companies. His rich and versatile background in sales, business development, and channel development helps clients of all business sizes and drives towards accelerated, sustained growth and increased efficiency in highly competitive marketplaces. With KeyRoad Enterprises, he provides the processes, tools and training clients need to increase sales and revenue, optimize pipeline management, and implement sales best practices.

Phillippe works to understand the needs of his clients as well as their buyers in order to establish a disciplined, repeatable selling engagement process. By developing the necessary tools and messaging used at each stage of the engagement process, KeyRoad helps salespeople have more impactful interactions with their prospects and buyers. By training sales forces and related departments (marketing, pre and post sales, and professional services), KeyRoad augments business behaviors to help its cients sell more effectively. As the company’s founder and principal, Philippe maintains responsibility for operations management, client engagements and relations, staff training, and IP and delivery content. Philippe also advises and mentors business owners, entrepreneurs and executive management teams to create more value within their companies. Joe Flanagan is a successful entrepreneur who turned his ability to sell, and his understanding of building relationships into a multi-million dollar business. After five years of working at a large, international insurance brokerage, Joe struck out on his own at the age of 27. He built JP Flanagan Corporation, his own insurance agency, into one of Chicago’s largest, with offices throughout the country. In 2001 he sold his company to Hub International, where he sat on their executive committee for three years and was on the floor of the NYSE when Hub went public. In 2002, he was named one of the “rising stars” in the industry by Business Insurance Magazine.

As the CEO of Acquirent, Joe is involved in virtually all aspects of the business with his main responsibility as the primary contact for our new business opportunities. Joe’s 25 years of sales experience has allowed him to do what he loves most, which is teach and coach so many of our young, talented sales professionals the lessons of sales that he learned through trial and error.

Joe is currently the Chairman of the Board of a non-profit, Access to Care, which delivers primary care services to approximately 15,000 uninsured people in suburban Cook County. Joe also serves on the Board of North Shore University HealthSystem, the First Bank and Trust of Evanston, Loyola Academy and the Youth Job Center of Evanston. Joe has been very active in his community where he has served as a community activist and participates in many different political roles.
