One of the final scenes of Margarethe von Trotta's fantastic historical movie "Rosa Luxemburg" (1986).
German communist leaders Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht - editing the final passages of their last articles ever to come.
Liebknecht is playing Beethoven's Moonlight sonata as Leo Jogiches enters the room in order to give notice of their hideout being given away.

Shortly after, both of them get caught by counterrevolutionary forces and will be shot before the next daylight.

"'Order reigns in Berlin!' You stupid henchmen! Your 'order' is built on sand. Tomorrow the revolution will already 'raise itself with a rattle' and announce with fanfare, to your terror: I was, I am, I will be!"
