Singer. Songwriter. Music Producer. Dancer. And now.... Storyteller.
Ne-Yo not only rightfully earned these titles; he excels at each of them. Ne-Yo's new concept album Libra Scale gives this talented artist the opportunity take his already superhuman abilities to the next level through fiction. Long before he wrote the music for his fourth album, Ne-Yo knew that he wanted to tell a story through a comic and incorporate his tale in his lyrics and music videos. Behold, the concept album that we did not know that we have been waiting for, until now.

Ne-Yo is a long time comic fan and he knew that he wanted to go with the best to help him complete his idea. He teamed up with the Godfather of comics, the creator of Iron Man, Spiderman, Fantastic 4, the Hulk and more. Yes, Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment gladly jumped on board with Ne-Yo's epic idea. Mr. Lee's main artist, Anthony Winn, completed the missing link by illustrating the Libra Scale comic. In the fourteen years of working with Stan on many ambitious projects, this is the first time that Winn worked with the unique blend of music and comic art. Winn looks forward to Ne-Yo's development of the Libra Scale story in its entirety.

Ne-Yo's mission to bring singing, cinematography, choreography, and story-telling through comic art and lyrics is well underway. Three videos currently tell the Libra Scale story. "Champagne Life" shows how he received his powers, "One in Million" foreshadows a forbidden romance, and "Beautiful Monster" shows the dilemma that he faces. Only time and Ne-Yo can tell us what will happen next! Enjoy watching a living legend right here and right now.
