Darren Goldsby is an accomplished technology leader with over fifteen years of experience within demanding, fast changing and high-availability environments. He has an excellent understanding and ability to implement joined up best practices such as Agile, Devops., ITIL, Continuous integration. Darren has built strong teams at the hub of digital innovation for several organisations including Hearst, Rightmove, News International and Associated Newspapers.

Shirley Lacy is highly experienced in the application of change management and service management best practices to deliver value from IT investments. She has extensive experience in helping clients to deliver projects and changes faster into live service. Shirley is highly regarded within the industry and she is co-author of the ITIL Service Transition publication. She represents the UK representative on International Standards groups that develop service management, software and cloud computing standards.
