Realizing life is in their hands, a young couple struggles to build a balanced relationship between themselves and their technology.
i Harte Yu invites the audience into the intimate relationship of the director, his girlfriend, and both of their iPhones. The difficulties of building a balanced relationship together are revealed as this young couple struggles to better understand their relationship by attending "Digital Detox" events and visiting family. The short features world-renowned expert on smartphone addiction, and Research Psychologist, Dr. Larry Rosen, who provides empirical insight into the potential repercussions if they are unable to find a balance.
